CSI provides licensed, certified and credentialed caregivers within the comfort and confines of one’s home to assist with the activities of daily living or the management of complex medical conditions. Services are provided 24/7 and Live-In caregivers are available. In Home Care Services are provided by RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HHAs, Companions and Homemakers.

Services can range from simple Homemaking activities such as Meal Preparation, Light Housekeeping, Transportation, Medication reminders, Prescription Pick-up or simple companionship. These services can be provided by a Homemaker, Companion, Certified Nursing Assistant or a Home Health Aid.

Hands-on Activities of Daily Living might include assisting with Dressing, Bathing, Transferring, Ambulation or Therapeutic Exercises. These services can be performed by a Certified Nursing Assistants or Home Health Aides. More complex medical situations might call for the services of an RN or an LPN to monitor or assess a client’s condition, to administer medication or provide wound care management.
