At Careforce, you have a Home Care Clinical Team. Each client assessment and care plan is done by a Registered Nurse or Masters Level Social Worker. Caregiver performance is evaluated directly by our Nurse or MSW supervisors. Consultation with an on-call Registered Nurse is available to our caregivers whenever needed, 24-hours each day. Fewer than 25% of non-medical Home Care agencies in Washington benefit from having a licensed nurse (RN or LPN) on their staff.

Founded in 1998 by owners Diedrich Meinken and Susan “Sam” Miller, in Lynnwood Washington. Careforce is a private duty and Medicaid home care and home health company. Serving King and Snohomish counties, Careforce takes pride in its clinically oriented model of care delivery that sets the standard in caregiving. CareForce provides support that has allowed hundreds of seniors and people with chronic or disabling illness to continue their routine in the comfort of their own home. By offering the combination of home care, home health care and geriatric care management, CareForce is able to address a wide range of needs throughout King and Snohomish County. This allows our senior clients to remain safely at home even when their care requirements change over time. As of 2017, Careforce had provided caregivers to over 7,500 private-duty homecare and home health clients, 100 residential or long-term-care facilities, and had worked with patients discharged from every major hospital in King and Snohomish Counties.
