The Neighborhood Wellness Team is a provider of in-home services for the elderly. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to stay at home and remain fully functional as long as possible.

We provide clients with professionally trained in home caregivers. Our expert staff can assist with a wide range of senior services, maintaining independence, while staying active in their home.
