ATC Home Care nurses work closely with clients to follow their wishes regarding personalized care. Our nurses provide regularly scheduled updates to physicians and family members.

​• Individualized Client Care Plans

From day one our nurses work closely with clients and their families to develop a thoroughly individualized Plan of Care for the services to be provided. Every detail of care is properly formulated to include caregiver profile selection, specific client routines, likes/dislikes and care goals.

• Nurse Management and Supervision of Care

At the start of Around the Clock Home Care services one of our experienced nurses will be assigned to manage your care. Our nurses visit our clients on a regular basis to evaluate their care, supervise the staff and be a resource to our caregivers and clients. ATC’s nursing staff interacts with our clients on a face-to-face basis every visit to ensure only top of the line care.

 At Around the Clock Home Care we are prepared with a comprehensive Infection Prevention and Infection Control Plan because safety is our number one priority. Our staff are fully trained in infection prevention. We even employ a CDC certified Infection Preventionist Nurse who leads our Infection Prevention Program.

• Customized Staff Education

The top priority at ATC Home Care is to ensure our caregivers are well trained on the care and conditions unique to each client. We work diligently to recruit only the best, most knowledgeable caregivers in the industry. Once assigned to a client, our nurse managers work closely with staff to review the customized care plan. The nurse managers deliver educational and clinical/instructional training regarding specific medical equipment and conditions that are unique to a client’s customized Plan of Care.
