Our active adult community is connected by a landscaped walking path to the neighboring Crestview Shopping Center, which offers stores such as; SaveMart Supermarket, Sav-On Drugs, Ross Clothing and Hallmark. Mercy San Juan Hospital and other medical offices are just minutes away.

Our Winding Commons community has many different floor plans to suit every taste, from cozy studios to our 1,100 square foot, two-bedroom, and two-bathroom apartment home (subject to availability). Individually-controlled heating and air conditioning allows you to keep your home just the way you like it. For safety and peace of mind, emergency pull cords are located in every apartment.

Many of our senior living apartments feature balconies and patios overlooking our lovely water fountain and all units offer full-sized kitchens. Covered parking and garages are available behind our secure gates.
