Villa Maria is unique in that it provides a campus atmosphere including a 199-bed facility, offering 24-hour full service sub-acute, skilled nursing, long term care, and a specialized orthopedic wing.  St. Catherine’s Rehabilitation Hospital, located on site, provides additional clinical benefits including specialty rehabilitation programs. Catholic Home Health Services of Miami-Dade also has offices on site for the added convenience to patients who have been discharged home but still need additional health of personal care.

Villa Maria was recently renovated and offers private rooms, semi-private suites and spacious, comfortable accommodations. The entire building, from lobbies to common areas, nurses’ stations and patient rooms alike, have been custom designed to emphasize comfort and luxury as well as functionality and efficiency.  In keeping with the new family-centered care guidelines from CMS, numerous features were incorporated with the intention of giving Villa Maria residents, their families and our staff more flexibility and comforts while continuing to address the medical issues as the highest priority.  Within a safely fenced, secured campus, patients and residents are provided life-affirming, supportive and loving care.
