The Plaza at Moanalua
The Plaza at Moanalua started construction in 2011 and opened to new residents in November of 2012. This community will be home to 160 residents and offers Independent, Assisted Living, and Memory Care levels of care. Located just behind Kaiser Hospital.
The Plaza’s Assisted Living program has been designed to foster and promote each resident’s autonomy and dignity. Residents will be able to continue their independent lifestyle while also having access to care. A nurturing and trained professional staff will provide assistance with activities of daily living. Residents and their loved ones will be granted peace of mind knowing that at The Plaza, our compassionate staff will care for all residents as their own family.
Residents will enjoy three delicious meals a day in a beautiful and inviting dining room. All meals are nutritionally balanced and are regularly reviewed by a Registered Dietician.
