Seven Hills Health and Rehabilitation is a licensed 156-bed Skilled Nursing Facility that offers both private and semi-private rooms. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, multiple insurances and private pay patients. Seven Hills also offers a dedicated rehabilitation unit that provides Occupational, Physical and Speech therapies based on a,œteam” approach that lays out a well-defined plan that incorporates Nursing, Discharge Planning, Out-Patient Therapy, Home Health and, most importantly, the family, to maximize the functional independence of the patient.

Seven Hills offers Long Term Care Services to the community with two dedicated units to meet the needs of the long term resident. The resident will benefit from a plan of care that is individualized to the needs of the resident, as well as planned life enrichment programs designed to meet individual needs, emphasize strengths and promotes independence.
