When Roseleaf Senior Care was designed in 2006, we envisioned a facility that creates the perfect marriage between the small and the large. This 16 bed facility provides the intimacy, serenity, and high level of personal care reminiscent of a smaller setting, but, at the same time, offers the functionality, stimulation, and diversity of community that is found within larger environments. It is, as a result, luxurious, comfortable, community- oriented, engaging, and accessible. Our design, and vision, has proven to be successful in all of these aspects, and has resulted in the formation of a care community where residents and their families can thrive. Roseleaf Senior Care lies centrally located between Little Chico Creek, Bidwell Park, Marsh Junior High School, the Humboldt Road Community Garden, and the Chico Mall.

At Roseleaf Senior Care, home-cooked meals are prepared onsite by our experienced chefs. We have the ability to individualize our menu planning and food preparation to meet each resident’s preferences, and can work with specialized diets, including, for example, those required for individuals with diabetes. The kitchen has an open bar that allows residents and families to smell the aromas that waft from our kitchen, and to engage the chefs at their leisure. All the meals are served in the formal dining room, with assistance provided as needed by our attentive staff. Additionally, at the snack bar, refreshments, including chilled fruit juices, soothing herbal teas, brewed coffee, yummy hot cocoa, purified water, fresh fruits, and freshly baked goods, are always available.

Outdoors, the garden area has wide and accessible walkways as well as abundant space for other outdoor activities like gardening. Our shaded patios and sitting areas overlook a serene waterfall and birdbath where you can relax and feel the fresh breeze on your face or just watch the birds fly by.
