Mission Nursing & Rehabilitation Center islocated in the lush upper Rio Grande Valley in Texas and offers the surrounding community in Mission an array of health-care options in spacious home-like accommodations. Mission is home to the delicious Ruby Red Grapefruit ,the Citrus Fiesta and the Texas Butterfly Festival, all of which are celebrated by our residents and staff along with the community each year. The warm climate and close proximity to South Padre Island (seventy miles to the east) and the Rio Grande River (five minutes south) create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere which is perfect for our residents who are making the transition between hospital and home.

The design of our facility encourages family and visitor interactions. We have a calm and friendly atmosphere that allows each resident to spend quality time with their loved one. The open courtyard in the main building has a gazebo area that serves as a focal point and showcases a different decorated theme for each season. Two day rooms, multiple lounges, and outside patio areas can accommodate family gatherings of any size. All the spacious rooms and common areas are well maintained and decorated in a homelike manner.
