Klearview Manor is a 16-bed Intermediate Care Facility (ICF/MR) located in Fairfield serving the particular needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. Klearview Manor provides 24 hour nursing care by a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. A Programming staff offers individuals opportunities to reach their highest potential in areas such as ADL’s, social, physical and communication skills.
Klearview Manor is dedicated to provide individuals an opportunity to develop independence in all aspects of life, with an emphasis on active treatment. Therapies such as Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy are consulted in order to optimize outcomes. Klearview is community focused. Individuals who live here are offered a variety of outings and participate in a day program which assists them in building life skills. The residents of Klearview along with their loved ones have become an extended family.
