You will love life in our lush Lake Washington setting. Our friendly community is located in a quiet neighborhood, just 6 miles from Harborview Medical Center and about 6 miles from downtown Seattle. Here, you will find all the activities, amenities, and features you need to feel entertained and engaged each and every day.

When a little off-campus adventure beckons, heed its call with a visit to popular shopping spots like the Mercer Village Shopping Center, just 4 miles away and Bellevue Square, 5 miles to the east. Popular dining spots are also easily accessible. Fill up on healthy, organic bowls and sandwiches at Homegrown, under a mile away, or invite friends to meet you for upscale all-you-can-eat cuisine at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse, 5 miles from your door. It’s all an easy trip, and we are happy to do the driving – we provide transportation services six days a week.
