Hood River Care Center is located in a residential neighborhood nestled among the pear and apple orchards overlooking the beautiful Hood River Valley.

Our nursing and rehabilitation center is a wonderful place to discover competent and caring staff. Our staff believes that every resident is an individual and we take great care to communicate and learn the activities that add comfort to their day.

With that goal in mind, our staff provides quality health care programs that promote rehabilitation of the whole person — physically and emotionally. Our staff is not content to accept “progress to date,” but continues to strive for quality through deliberate and constant improvement of services.

Hood River Care Center also offers the Expressions Memory Care program for individuals with special needs caused by memory loss. It is available in an environment designed to add structure and familiarity to the lives of its residents, and not overwhelm them.

Hood River is a contracted provider for Medicaid, Medicare and several managed care health plans.
