We offer skilled therapy for rehabilitation, skilled nursing for acute conditions, and residential care for people that need some assistance while still maintaining high levels of independence. The nursing and rehabilitation staff of Heritage have the ability to exceed your expectations with our state of the art Therapy Room we are able to offer both inpatient and outpatient therapy programs that are geared to meet your individual needs.
