Forest Oaks was fully renovated in 2007 with new floor coverings, furnishings and landscaping. We would like to invite you to come and visit us and experience the lifestyle our residents enjoy daily.

At Forest Oaks, we offer three levels of care: Assisted Living, Assisted Living Plus and Memory Impaired.

Assisted Living and Assisted Living Plus residents receive assistance with everyday activities, such as bathing and dressing.

Our Memory Impaired unit provides around the clock assistance for those living with Alzheimer’s.

Forest Oaks is licensed to accept Community Diversion and Med Waiver programs.
