Eastlake Terrace is a short distance to the Toll Road off of Indiana 17, and in close proximity to downtown Main Street and its wonderful independent shops, and cafes, which our residents have the opportunity to enjoy on our weekly scenic tours. If you need the comfort of a local hospital in the near vicinity, Elkhart General is within 5 miles, which is renowned for their Orthopedic physicians, and Cardiovascular Center.

Our residents not only come from Elkhart, but Bristol, Middlebury, Goshen, and Union, Michigan to name a few. All of these small towns are within a 15 minute ride, which makes it very convenient for families to visit, or the residents to be able to attend anniversary and birthday parties at their loved ones home. Many of us are so busy with work, family, or other obligations that we may not be able to visit as often as possible, but our proximity will definitely help anyone’s situation out.

Set on a tree lined 8 acres of immaculate landscaping, Eastlake Terrace boasts a patio, gazebo with full grill and seating, and sidewalks around the building for your daily exercise routine. Daily exercise is a key component with our residents here, as you will see a true vibrancy in our morning class. The exuberance spreads to all the staff, and you will notice it, as your tour will take you through our Main Dining Room, featuring a private suite for parties of up to 20, then onto our Studio, and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. As you walk through, it is very noticeable that we keep our community fresh, and feeling new, with our continued preventative maintenance program. The staff is very proud of the building, and it is of the upmost importance to keep the standards high for our residents, and families, to enjoy.
