Crowne Health Care of Mobile, LLC is a federal and state-licensed 172 bed facility, providing skilled and intermediate nursing services. It is our mission to provide the resident with the necessary care and services to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment and plan of care.

Crowne is Medicare and Medicaid certified. We also accept private or self-pay residents and most private insurance policies.

Resident rooms are designed with a comfortable, safe and secure environment in mind. One such feature is the Nurse Call System in each room to provide immediate assistance when needed. Additionally, we highly encourage residents to make their room homelike with decorations, personal pictures and furnishings from home. Our maintenance department is available to help you with any assistance you may need.
