Brown Nursing and Rehabilitation is a federal and state-licensed 68-bed facility, providing skilled and intermediate nursing and rehabilitative services. It is our mission to provide the resident with the necessary care and services to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychological well-being, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment and plan of care.

Brown Nursing and Rehabilitation is Medicare and Medicaid certified. We also accept private or self-pay residents and most private insurance policies.

Brown Nursing Home is an active member of the American Health Care Association and the Alabama Nursing Home Association. These associations were established to regulate the standards, principles and practices of health care, and in particular, nursing home administration.
