• Our staff is trained to understand and manage unpredictable behaviors and the need for an individualized approach for every resident, depending on the progression of the disease. We understand that creative problem solving is needed when providing dignity and quality of life to individuals with memory loss. For this we have dedicated dementia care specialists on staff to support our staff, residents and families.
• Our trained staff is there to assist with personal needs, in the privacy of the resident's suite/apartment. We provide assistance with,“ Bathing or showering, selection of clothing, dressing assistance, grooming, hygiene, mobility and transferring and dining assistance.
• We will escort residents to meals and activities within the building.
