TidePointe is a Type C Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), also known as a Life Plan Community. This means that TidePointe members pay a membership fee to enjoy independent living while having a plan for continuing care, consisting of priority access to Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing at Broad Creek Care Center, should they need it. Members pay a fee-for-service rate, which means services are paid for as they are needed.

Broad Creek Care Center also offers Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing services to non-TidePointe members.

Assisted Living
Assisted Living services help with the activities of daily living (ADLs). We collaborate with individuals and their families to determine the level of assistance required to promote self-care and an ongoing sense of independence.

Assisted living residents pay a one-time fee, monthly fees for room and services, and incremental services and supplies, separate from TidePointe living fees. TidePointe residents pay a membership fee that provides priority access to Broad Creek Care Center.

Skilled Nursing
Our Skilled Nursing Unit provides both short-term rehab and long-term care, including ADLs. At Broad Creek, the staff creates person-centered, interdisciplinary plans after a thorough initial assessment of each person.

Skilled Nursing residents pay fees for room and services, and incremental services and supplies, separate from TidePointe living fees. Priority access to the care center is offered to TidePointe members.

The monthly or daily fee while residing in the care center is the market rate.
