Bright Horizon Senior Care Home serves as a small assisted living facility in North Raleigh to promote health and quality of life for seniors. This facility serves only six residents at a time. This allows us to focus on the unique and individual needs of our clients.
Our highly skilled providers implement a person centered approach which is built upon the individual’s ability to participate in activities and honors the individual’s choices, strengths, and needs.

We provide a ratio of one professional caregiver to every three residents in our family care home. Every staff member has a current CNA license in the NC Registry, Medical Aid Certificate, and are trained to provide CPR. Our administrator has a Doctor of Medicine degree from National Medical University in Ukraine and a Master of Public Health from East Carolina University in NC. We operate by enforcing excellence in service standards and compliance with the requirements of the State of North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Service Regulation.

Please Note ADMISSION QUILIFICATIONS: Bright Horizon Senior Care provides supervision, assistance with personal and supportive services, and assistance with or administration of medications to elders who require such services. Bright Horizon Senior Care will admit residents who is mobile, but needs assistance with approximately two to three activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, eating, and managing their medications. The prospective resident may have two to three of the Top 9 chronic conditions, such as High Blood Pressure, Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, Heart Disease, Depression, Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Diabetes, COPD, and Stroke. Bright Horizon Senior Care does not accept residents with active Cancer, HIV, acute and chronic Infectious Diseases, mental illnesses, and any other conditions that require a nursing care.
* Rate includes:
•Private/semiprivate room and board
•3 meals per day plus snacks (dietary needs will be met)
•Daily Activities including social and leisure
•Transportation to Medical Appointments
•Registered Nurse evaluation quarterly/as needed
•Assistance with medication administration
•24 hour supervision
•All utilities except phone
*This rate is only applied to Level 0 (Independent) and Level 1 (supervision) of care residents which is determined in the assessment process.
