Borderview Rehabilitation & Living Center is a 108-bed facility located in Van Buren, the,Gateway Townâ to the picturesque St. John Valley. Borderview offers a full continuum of services that can meet any long term care need. We know that everyone has different needs at different times.
Borderview is committed to service, and we encourage our residents to have choice and independence. To support our residents in creating a home like environment, we offer cable television in each room, internet access and private phone lines in most rooms. We also strive to make families a vital part of our residents’ lives and their care. We believe that keeping families informed and involved is one of the surest ways to make life enjoyable, both for our residents and for our staff. We support this philosophy through arranging family meetings and care plan meetings, and by giving priority to following up on your questions and feedback. Many residents refer to our caregivers as new members of their,extended familyâ. We hope you will do the same.
