    Beth Sholom has a long history of providing quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation care to residents needing close medical monitoring and attention.

    Located in our 101-bed Healthcare Center, the skilled nursing care unit is overseen by a medical director.  Staff includes physicians, nurses, a nurse practitioner, a registered dietician, a social worker, chaplain and physical, occupational and speech therapists.

    Our nurses and staff provide individualized care with the goal of helping each resident maximize his or her physical and cognitive potential.  The Life Enrichment staff encourages residents to take part in the daily activities and events taking place at our Lifecare Community.

    Licensed nurses are on-site 24 hours a day at our Richmond, VA nursing center.  The nursing unit offers comfortable, all-private suites.  High ceilings and warm, modern interiors highlight our rooms, many of which have undergone recent renovations.  All rooms are wheelchair accessible.

    Our comprehensive Rehabilitation Department serves Beth Sholom residents and is also open to the public.  Through goal-setting and close, individualized attention, our physicians, along with physical, occupational and speech therapists help patients maximize their potential and return to the condition they were in before injury, whenever possible.
