Assembly Terrace is privately owned and is a not-for-profit corporation organized by its Sponsor, First Assembly of God and the Winston-Salem Housing Foundation, Inc. to provide housing for the elderly aged 62 and older of Winston-Salem.
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has provided a grant to the owners through its section 202 Capital Advance Program and Rental Assistance for eligible tenants through its Project Rental Assistance Program.
