Advertising Terms

  1. SeniorLivingGuide.com reserves the right to edit, reject or refuse advertising, photographs, artwork or text at anytime for any reason whatsoever.
  2. Cancellation will not be accepted prior to the initial 4 month term.  Digital ad will continue to run month to month after the initial 4 month term.  Cancellation must be received 30 days prior to the 1st of the following month after initial 4 month term.
  3. Advertiser will be charged monthly on credit card submitted.   All charges will be ran on the 1st of next full month and will cover through the end of month.  In the event a listing started on a different date other than the 1st, no billing will be ran until the 1st of the month.
  4. Advertiser hereby warrants that any and all artwork, photographs, copy and text provided does not violate any state, federal or local laws including without limitation any copyright, trademark, right to privacy, libel or fair trade practice laws
  5. Advertiser is responsible for ensuring that ad material meets the requirements of the Fair Housing Act, and all other federal and state laws that prohibit discrimination on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, age, handicap, or disability, marital or familial status, national origin, or any other bias.
  6. Any individual signing this agreement as an agent for Advertiser warrants that he or she has the capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement.
  7. Advertiser may not assign this Agreement without SeniorLivingGuide.com’s written permission.
  8. This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws in the state of Virginia.  Any action rising under the Agreement shall be brought in Fairfax County, Virginia.  In the event suit is brought with respect to this Agreement, SeniorLivingGuide.com shall be entitled to costs and attorney’s fees.
