AARP SCSEP is a work training pro gram for persons age 55 and older who meet residency and income require ments. It is administered through the AARP Foundation. Our on-the-job train ing option is easy to use and straightfor ward. There's no red tape, no contracts, no applications to fill out.

Once you've contacted us, we'll try to match you with qualified job candi dates and -- as an added incentive -- we'll pay 100% of their wages, workers compensation, and unemployment insur ance during their on-the-job training -- for an agreed upon period. We'll pay them directly, according to the salary of the position.

This free service benefits everyone. It offers you a chance to recruit and train new employees at no cost, and our can didates get a chance to prove what they can do.

What is expected of you?
In return, it is understood that you will hire our job candidates who have satis factorily completed their training period. If the candidate is unable to meet your job requirements, let us know as soon as possible. Our funds are limited and we want to use them as efficiently as possible. You'll also need to send us their timesheets (which we will provide) for the agreed upon training period.
