Morningside of Fayette At Morningside Assisted Living of Fayette, we understand the unique needs of each of our residents. Our beautiful retirement community offers personalized assisted living care. Whether it’s cream in your coffee, or matters of a more serious nature, we provide the services that you want and need. We offer an array of social and recreational activities, coordination of any health services you may need, and much, much more. Our community has 32 suites on one level with two different floor plan options. Each suite includes a large closet and has a private bath that is handicapped-equipped. Our affordable monthly cost is based on the chosen suite floor plan. All suites include utilities and routine maintenance. We are a rental assisted living community and do not require a buy-in fee. Our levels of care provide for individuals who are independent, as well as those who require assistance with daily tasks, for example: bathing, dressing, transferring, personal care, etc. Morningside provides three balanced meals a day, plus snacks, under the direction of our Food Service Director. Special diets are also available. Through our Healthy Generation program, we give residents the opportunity to learn, grow and define their lives. We care for the whole person.
