Miller’s Merry Manor - Rockport For long-term residency, Miller’s Merry Manor is the preferred choice, offering private and shared accommodations, along with many other senior services, all provided in a caring and comfortable environment. Miller’s also works with community resources such as Spencer County Chamber of Commerce & Regional Area Senior Center. The Rockport Home, is located near the Ohio River in Spencer County Indiana. Jane Thompson built the facility in 1966 and the capacity was 62 beds. The Miller family purchased the building in 1982. Over the years many renovations and redcorating projects have occurred, leaving the current capacity now licensed for 60 beds which includes 45 Medicare certified beds.
