Life at The lodge, on the campus of The Brian center, offers you the comforts and joys of home. A Continuum Care Community. Three nutritious meals are provided daily in our large, private dining room. Breakfast is served at 8 a.m., lunch at 12 noon, and dinner at 5 p.m. Residents choose between three entrees, and a variety of vegetables, breads, and desserts. Residents are also offered soup and salad with their meals. We welcome family members and friends to dine with residents for a minimal charge. If you would like to join a resident for a mel, please notify a Lodge staff member so that arrangements can be made. Residents may administer their own medications with a physician's approval. For residents who need assistance with medications, staff memebers are available to help. As a service to our residents, medications may be ordered through our pharmacy. Bed and bath linens are washed and changed regularly. Personal laundry services are also included. As a special service to our residents, The Lodge provides basic cable televisioin access with no monthly service fee. Cable TV hook-up is located in each resident's room. All rooms are equipped with telephone jacks. If telephone service is desired, the resident or family makes arrangements with the local telephone company. Residents enjoy a variety of events, excursions, and other activities. Programs are designed to meet the individual interests of our residents. Transportation to and from local medical appointments is available. We also can assist in scheduling appointments. In-room lab services are available three times a week. Our Medical Director or Nurse Practitioner is available on a daily basis.

NURSING & REHAB, ASSISTED LIVING,
- The Lodge is an integral part of the continuum of care provided at Brian Center. Programs are designed to promote the continued independence and wellness of our residents. Should the need arise, residents have priority admission to our nursing facility. Our first priority is the safety and well being of our residents. All bath and bedrooms are equipped with a call bell. In case of a medical emergency, nursing assistance is immediately available from the adjacent nursing unit.
- Brian Center's assisted living residents enjoy the company of their peers and opportunities for social and recreational activities. Programs and outings are designed according to individual interests. A central living area creats a sense of community and a large dining room brings residents together for meals and conversation. Our small size encourages a special closeness between residents and staff, not often found in larger assisted living centers.
- Assistance with some daily living activities is a primary component of the services we provide. If a resident needs help with buttons or hooks, a staff member is there to assist. Medical supervision is also a vital part of the package of services we provide to Lodge residents.
- Three nutritious meals are served each day in the private Lodge dining room. Housekeeping, linen, cable television access, and pharmacy delivery services are also included in a single monthly fee.
- While The Lodge provides personal privacy and encourages independence, staff is available around the clock to respond to resident needs. This means peace of mind for residents and their families.
