Live Well Family Care Home Each day is a gift. At LiveWell we recognize how precious each moment is for your aging loved ones. Our therapeutic model is based in activities that nurture the mind, body and spirit and include gardening, photography, creative writing, visiting artists and lecturers, dance and fitness, aquatics, pet therapy, children visits, community service, and weekly worship services. Our menus are prepared by a licensed dietitian and feature a whole food diet. Our memory care and assisted living programs build on the moments unique to each resident to create a day filled with discovery, joy, encouragement and well being. Our close-knit community allows our resident care team to spend as much time as your loved one needs to encourage growth, social interaction, and the appropriate level of independence.
