Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home Most Hospice patients and families hope to be able to remain home in the last days of life. In cases where this is just not possible, the Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice Home provides an alternative location that is designed to be as homelike as possible. Family members and friends of all ages are welcome to be with their loved ones at any time. Our highly qualified staff has years of experience in providing pain and symptom management, and includes nursing, social work, hospice aide, chaplain and counseling services. A full time medical director who is certified in hospice and palliative medicine, provides physician services to each patient.
