Heritage Creekside The construction of the premiere senior living apartments and assisted living facility ahead of schedule and once complete will house 52 senior living apartments and a 33 unit assisted living facility. The senior living section will be 3 stories with a spacious lobby open to the 3rd floor. Complete with elevators, the visually stunning common space will include a semi-circular, iron-railed stairway. The assisted living area will be one level with large gathering areas that incorporates lovely enclosed porches designed with columns and railings. The two distinct housing options will be connected by an inviting Town Center that will be made to look like an outdoor streetscape with circular fountains, balconies and awnings. Also included are public and private dining areas, a beauty shop, and an ice cream/soda shop. Heritage Creekside promises to be a perfect setting for friendships and quality care. Floor plans, services and related prices are available at the Good Samaritan Society Kissimmee Village leasing office. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. The Grand Opening is currently scheduled for April 07, 2008.
