The Hebrew Home of North Dade, a skilled nursing facility, was built in 1977 and was recently renovated in its entirety. The facility is located in the heart of North Miami Beach, adjacent to both Parkway Regional and Aventura Hospital
SERVICES PROVIDED:
NURSING & REHAB,
- The Skilled Nursing Facility contains a Skilled Rehabilitation Unit and a Long Term Care Unit. We provide residents with 24 hour nursing care
- The Hebrew Home has a quaint home like environment. We provide activities seven days a week for stimulation and socialization. During the day we provide transportation for doctor appointments, shopping and special outings.
- We provide three Glatt Kosher meals and snacks each day and our kitchen is under the strict supervision of the Orthodox Rabbinical Board.
- Our outstanding rehabilitation program includes Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy provided by qualified therapists with extensive experience treating the geriatric population.
