Harper's Pointe Senior Apartments Construction is anticipated to begin in fall 2011 on USA’s newest senior apartment home community, Harper’s Pointe for active seniors 55 and over. Harper’s Pointe Senior Apartments will offer one bedroom apartment homes featuring kitchens equipped with dishwashers, garbage disposals, microwaves as well as central heating and air conditioning. For convenience laundry facilities and trash chutes are provided on each floor. All units on each floor level will be adaptable and on an accessible route serviced by the central elevator. Security features for the community include 24-hour on-site management and secured access to the building. For socializing, Harper’s Point will offer many group activities and events for residents. The main Community Room will include an adjoining kitchen and a computer center. An additional Activity Room will be located on the 3rd level. The central courtyard will offer a park-like atmosphere with planters with trees, ornamental potted plants, shrubs and vines. Seating and table areas will be interspersed providing a resident friendly outdoor area. Shopping, Library, pharmacy and bus stops are all within walking distance of Harper’s Pointe.
