Franciscan Heights Senior Community Located on 85 acres of the St. Anthony on Hudson campus in Rensselaer, New York, Franciscan Heights Senior Community is an ideal setting to provide housing and services for seniors while maintaining strong connections to the surrounding community. Franciscan Heights consists of 53 one- and two-bedroom apartments and 32 cottage homes. Franciscan Heights welcomes people over the age of 55; there are income restrictions on some units.
