Forest Heights Welcome Home to Forest Heights. We are located just off the Wake Forest University campus on seven beautifully wooded acres. With the Old Salem settlement and University activities, there is always something for our residents to do. Forest Heights offers three floors of assisted living apartments with a variety of floor plans from which to choose. If you need a more secure environment, our Memory Care unit is located on the first floor. We even have a full time physical therapy department should our residents need one.
