Emeritus at Westminster Located on a hill, our two-floor community offers a total of 54 senior apartments – 14 of which are in our memory care neighborhood. Types of apartments include 167-sq.-foot studios, 200-sq.-foot one bedrooms and 493-sq.-foot two bedrooms, some of which are furnished. All of our senior apartments have private, wheelchair accessible bathrooms; a kitchenette, with refrigerator, cabinets and sink; all utilities except telephone (including cable); curtains, blinds and wall-to-wall carpeting; individual temperature control; WebTV and Internet service; and all maintenance, inside and out. Each apartment also has a lovely view either of our beautiful grounds, with its many bird feeders, lovely yard and flower beds, or from upstairs, residents have views of the surrounding hills. Pets up to 25 pounds are also welcome to join the Westminster family! Our 107-year-old mansion offers several gracious common areas, including a spacious parlor just off the lobby. With seating for 40 people, we typically hold all of our major social events here. Our tea room is also spacious and seats up to 16, making it the ideal location for small parties. In addition to three elegant dining rooms, each with its own fireplace, our Hearth Room offers a private dining area for those occasions when residents wish to enjoy private meals with family and friends. A country pantry off of the Hearth Room with a full kitchen is available for our families to use. Our activities room is located in the basement, and we have a large wrap-around porch, where residents can sit and look out onto our professional landscaped gardens with mature trees, bird feeders and rolling hills beyond.
