Emeritus at Seabrook Our quaint senior living community is located in a residential neighborhood just five miles south of downtown Everett. Emeritus at Seabrook is nestled back from the road in a beautiful setting. We are centrally located to everything this northern Puget Sound city has to offer, including Providence Regional Medical Center and the Everett mall. Our community is adjacent to 4th Avenue W, close to Highway 99, and I-5 is less than one mile from us. Everett is a wonderful small city located in Puget Sound, with spectacular views of the Olympic Mountains and close proximity to Seattle. In addition to its small town community feel, Everett offers all kinds of amenities. The Everett Mall, with its wide variety of banks, restaurants, specialty shops, major clothing retailers, book store, hobby shop and much more is just a quick five-minute drive from here. Providence Regional Medical Center is also within close proximity, as well as the Comcast Arena, where residents enjoy local sporting events. In addition, we take residents in our own vans to attractions around the region. For example, we recently visited the Kangaroo Farm, Miniature Horse Farm, Museum of Flight, and Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle. We also visit our local casinos and take residents out to lunch every month. Our residents decide where they want to go—the sky’s the limit! We will take them just about anywhere in our own vans.
