Emeritus at Meadowlands Terrace We offer choices of senior apartments including studios, 1-bedrooms, 2-bedrooms and companion style living if desired. We proudly nurture a wonderful collaborative relationship with local hospitals, independent living and skilled nursing facilities, home health, hospice and sitter agencies. Our serene community has 70 lovely senior apartments. Whether dining in our elegant dining room with friends, or sitting at one of our pergolas on the beautiful banks of the Brazos River watching the wildlife, our residents and their loved ones have the opportunity to get to know one another and enjoy each other's company. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, home cooked meals, many safety features, and off-site excursions.
