Emeritus at Marietta Our common areas — including our lovely dining room, TV room, and library and activities center— give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month to bring staff and residents together, including trips to the Amish Country. Emeritus at Marietta is located in a rural area, near the Ohio River and the Little Muskingum River. Yet it is conveniently located near a Wal-Mart, Lowes, People's Bank, Ohio St. Rt. 7 just over the boarder from West Virginia, and many shops and restaraunts at the Lafayette Center.
