Emeritus at Las Vegas Our single-story community offers a total of 61 senior apartments, 45 for our assisted living residents and 16 studios in our memory care neighborhood. Our assisted living units include studios and one-bedroom suites, ranging from 281-square feet to 477-square feet. Our spacious one bedrooms include a kitchenette with sink and microwave. Everything is included in the monthly rent, from weekly housekeeping to meals to activities and transportation to doctors’ appointments and outings. We have several common areas, including two living rooms, one of which has a large flat-panel TV and doubles as a library; an activities room; a beauty salon open three days a week; and an enclosed outdoor courtyard accessible only from the inside. Our memory care neighborhood is located in a separate, secured area of our community and has its own secured outside area.
