Emeritus at Landing of Brockport Emeritus at Landing of Brockport is located in Brockport, close enough to Rochester for convenience. We can take a short drive to our local ice cream spot for a cone, head into the Village of Brockport for shopping, or head to Rochester for the Lilac Festival. Our grounds are quiet and lend themselves for leisurely walks to enjoy the warm weather. Brockport is a wonderful location that offers the best of a small town and the conveniences of being close to a larger city. Located just of Route 531 or Route 19 we are located close to SUNY Brockport, Lakeside Hospital and the Village of Brockport. Local favorites are the Morgan Manning House and The Mill House. Of course everyone loves Abbotts, Wegmans and Wal-Mart just up the road! Our senior community has 98 apartments which is a perfect size! You will know the faces of your neighbors but have the opportunity to meet new friends! Our dining room is a place to enjoy a cup of coffee with friends before a meal or during one of our monthly family parties--these are not to be missed! The activity room is a place where a group of friends can get together for a game of cards or join one of our painting classes with Diana or the general store. Our senior living community has an elevator for easy access to our second floor apartments and community areas like our library, television lounge and wellness center. Outside enjoy well-manicure grounds with a walking path and a porch complete with comfy chairs and pond. Our memory care neighborhood is a group of 30 studio apartments with a living room, country kitchen, community dining room and a beautiful secure outdoor garden!
