Emeritus at Kingsport Emeritus at Kingsport has an ideal location nestled upon a hilltop with a gorgeous view of the East Tennessee Mountains. The property is beautifully landscaped with an inviting courtyard and walking paths. This gives us a rural, hometown feeling while still being conveniently located close to Indian Path Medical Center, Wellmont Holston Valley Hospital and nearby businesses such as Kingsport Pavilion Shopping Plaza. Emeritus at Kingsport is conveniently located upon a hilltop along North John B. Dennis Hwy (Hwy 93) within the city limits of Kingsport. We are just one half mile from the heart of town - East Stone Drive -but far enough away to be out of the bustle and noise. Although close to town, we still have the privilege of enjoying a view of the mountains. We have a near perfect climate allowing us to enjoy warm Southern temperatures in the spring and summer, the vibrant colors of the leaves turning in the Fall, and mild East Tennessee winters. There is plenty to do while enjoying the weather, such as visiting nearby Warrior's Path State Park, Bays Mountain Park, Natural Tunnel State Park or one of our local lakes. Our residents often visit these places for scenic drives and picnics.
