Emeritus at Gilbert Our small, homey community has 38 senior apartments, all on one level for easy access for our residents. We offer five different floor plans depending on your preference. The apartments are private, safe and designed to allow each resident to furnish them with their own belongings. Each residence features wall-to-wall carpeting, a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, a private bath with handicapped accessible shower, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, and a 24-hour emergency response system. Whether sharing a meal with friends in the dining room, relaxing with a good book in the library or kicking back in the TV room, gazing at the stars under the gazebo or strolling with friends along the walking paths in the courtyard, our community gives residents and their loved ones the opportunity to enjoy each other's company.
