Emeritus at Federal Way Our two-story community offers 98 senior living apartments, including 85 studios and a combination of different one-bedroom suites, some providing up to 600-square-feet of living space. All of our apartments include very large windows and spacious closets, grab bars in the bathrooms, and a microwave and small refrigerator. Some apartments also look at spectacular Mt. Our common areas are another wonderful feature of Emeritus at Federal Way. In fact, when you stop by for a visit, you’ll notice that our community rooms are exceptionally spacious – larger than most other communities in the region. Common areas include an enormous living room with gas fireplace and lovely seating areas, a spacious activity room and expansive common dining room. Should residents want to bake cookies or prepare a meal, a community kitchen is available. This is also we offer occasional cooking classes! Our senior living community was once a nursing home, so our hallways are extra wide to accommodate wheelchairs. The overall feeling of openness and space is beautifully complemented by the warm, homey feeling of the furnishings and décor.
