Our memory care community is convenient to the Collin Creek Mall, a variety of banks and stores, as well as numerous parks, including the Blue Ridge Park, which is within walking distance through the Chisholm Trail. The Medical Center of Plano, Presbyterian Hospital of Plano, Baylor Regional Medical Center at Plano, and a nursing home rehabilitation facility are also nearby if ever needed. Creekside believes in promoting an active lifestyle by providing a wide variety of activities 7 days a week. We are fortunate to have not one but two activity directors that ensure that your loved one is not only healthy, but having fun. We believe in getting out into the community and we are known to frequent local eateries as well as community events. At Emeritus at Creekside, our staff members have exceptional working relationships with several home health and hospice providers. Emeritus at Creekside has numerous partnerships that help seniors transition into our community and that support our continuum of care philosophy. Our small community has 30 senior apartments which allow for shared occupancy further supporting dementia and memory care programming.
