Emeritus at Chandler Our small, homey community has 64 senior apartments all on one level for easy access for our residents. Our apartment selections include one-bedrooms, private suites, friendship suites and efficiencies. Here our residents enjoy retirement living within a comforting, homelike environment. Yet should they need a helping hand from our warm and caring staff, we also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to their needs. We've designed our services to focus on wellness, helping them maintain or improve their health, so they can live as independently as possible. Whether dining with friends in the dining room, relaxing with a good book in the library or kicking back in the TV room, gazing at the stars under the gazebo or strolling with friends along the walking paths in the courtyard, it gives residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another and enjoy each other's company. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, home cooked meals, and off-site excursions.
