Emeritus at Cambria Our beautiful two-story community offers a total of 77 apartments, 60 designated for assisted living, 17 for our memory care residents. Our assisted living apartments are exceptionally spacious and include 400-square-foot studios, 450-square-foot alcoves and 550-square-foot one-bedrooms. All include a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink and cabinets; private wheelchair- accessible bathrooms; and large windows. The assisted living common areas – including a spacious lobby, library, TV room, arts and crafts room and dining room – underwent a major refurbishing just a few years ago, with new carpet, furniture and fresh paint in warm, soft neutral colors. A balcony overlooks the dining room and entrance way. There is also a beauty salon and laundry facilities available for all residents. Our memory care neighborhood, a secured unit on the first floor, offers both studios and alcove apartments. Common areas include a TV room, dining room and secured courtyard with gazebo.
