Emeritus at Bassett Park Manor Emeritus at Bassett Park Manor is located in the Williamsville where there is a perfect mix of quiet, wooded landscapes and pleasant suburban environments. Quite often you'll see families walking their dogs in the park across the street, or children playing in the playground. We are also conveniently located across from St. Gregory the Great Catholic church and close to the Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. This lovely area is only minutes from the City of Buffalo – part of the country where we experience all four seasons. That allows us to take advantage of seeing all the beautiful changing leaves in the autumn, Barbecues outside in the summer, a snowman-building contest in the winter, and planting flowers in the springtime!
