Emeritus at Bellevue Manor Emeritus at Bellevue Manor is located just down the street from Western Lights Wegmans, St. Ann Parish and OCC. It is tucked back into the woods and our residents enjoy seeing the wildlife, including deer! We are just a short drive to several doctors and hospitals in the area. Many of our residents attend churches on the west side of town. It is great to be able to have visitors living just a few minutes away. We also enjoy patronizing local restaurants; there’s nothing as good as seeing the old friends just down the street! Trips to Wegmans, Wal-Mart and the Dollar Store always are fun! Our senior living community is located on one level for easy assess to all of our residents and families. Built in a semi-figure eight, all "roads" lead back to our main front lobby. Folks can use our outdoor courtyards during good weather, enjoy our circle walking areas, and our common areas aren't common. We have great spaces for private parties and gatherings and friends are always welcome!
